There’s no need to suffer with chronic pain, Acupuncture with Rita can help YOU today!
Research has shown that acupuncture provides pain relief by stimulating nerves. This releases pain-killing endorphins and changes the processing of pain in the brain and spinal cord. Acupuncture is also thought to reduce inflammation and promote healing. In recognition of the benefits of acupuncture for providing pain relief, the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) issued guidelines in May 2009 recommending that acupuncture is available on the NHS for chronic lower back pain.
Studies and research in the UK and other countries have shown that acupuncture can also be very beneficial for:
• Back pain
• Neck and shoulder pains and problems
• Joint pains and problems incl. knees, hips, ankles, elbows wrists and fingers
• Osteoarthritis of the knees
• Musculo-skeletal pains, problems and injuries
• Muscle, ligament and tendon pains and strains
• Headaches, Migraines, Dental pain and many more
People like YOU have benefited from pain relief using acupuncture
“Since September 2011 I have had a severe sciatica problem, which
effectively crippled me. My local doctor diagnosed sciatica and
suggested exercises but due to other medical conditions I was unable
to take pain killers for the extreme pain and being in such pain the
exercises could not be carried out.
It was a Catch 22.
So in desperation and after a friend recommended it, I went to an
acupuncturist, Rita, whose initial diagnoses identified other problems in
relation to my back that were causing my sciatica.
The initial treatments, although painful, quickly helped to relieve the
pain to a more manageable level. I gained an improvement within 2
hours of each session.
My sciatica is still a problem and the back diagnosis given by Rita was
correct as a follow up examinations by my GP identified a curved spine.
Although my sciatica comes and goes the treatment given by Rita
substantially reduces the pain.
I know that it was the acupuncture that has helped as the noticeable
improvement occurred within 2 hours after the first session, and the
same pattern was repeated after the following sessions. I am unable
to take pain-killing drugs so it is clear that the treatment received has
helped me with my pain management.
I have never had acupuncture before, nor have I ever had any
`alternative’ medical treatments before this episode. I am 53 years old
and I recommend anyone to try the treatment to see if it works for them.
Rita I have found to be an utmost professional, knowledgeable and
